Suvastu Kumkum, has a contemporary outlook with its big bold windows and open balconies of concrete, glass, steel and wood. Fused within this contemporary shell is a layout organized around a principle that has existed for ages.

The Vastu Sastra principle influenced the arrangement, setting the living room on the North-East, and the kitchen to the East. Balconies are perched on the front in a vertical atrium of open space, over a lush green lawn. This piece of green treasure is strategically located, considering the lawn in the adjacent plot, hence creating a chunk of open green space in this neighborhood. This allows for better air circulation and for better perspectives on approach, creating a grand impression.
