The now completed structure sits atop a 5 katha plot (3600 sft. approx.) and comprise of single unit per floor. As is characteristic of Simpletree project the timeless beauty of fair faced concrete compliments the pointing brick façade. The use of fair faced brick and fair faced concrete also help differentiate the masses that create the architectural expression.
design
The building provides maximized openings in an aesthetic manner, and is totally uncompromising in terms of providing the best internal comfort. The overall look of the building is composed and simple, where one can just have a glimpse and realize the efficiency of space utilization and consideration for Environmental factors while designing.
