The scope for a multi approach design was possible in this project. The first attempt was to design a soothing residential environment with a formal expression. The two unit apartments led to two separate vertical forms interlocked in such a way so as to portray a single building outlook demanded by the client. The extended balconies enhance the aesthetics of the building along with careful use of brick and steel within the concrete surface. In addition to a small landscaped area in the ground floor a roof garden was visualized while designing.
