Design
Emphasizing biophilic design principles, the master plan of Rupayan City prioritizes green open spaces and human-scaled outdoor realms amidst the urban residential layout. The residential blocks surround expansive central courtyards featuring manicured lawns, paved walkways, and integrated outdoor seating. Architectural pergolas constructed with dark steel frames and slatted canopies serve as focal pavilion points, supporting hanging planters and filter dynamic sunlight patterns across communal plazas. By harmonizing softscape elements, such as mature shade trees, lush shrubs, and vertical greenery with structural concrete and steel, the development achieves a serene, resort-style living experience tailored for tropical urban environments
Facade
The Design exemplifies a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic defined by clean linear geometries, bold vertical planes, and rhythmic window openings. A sophisticated palette of crisp white render paired with textured grey horizontal siding provides visual contrast and depth to the residential towers. Cantilevered concrete slab extensions and glass-railed balconies create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, softening the scale of the multi-story structures while seamlessly connecting interior living spaces with the surrounding outdoor environment. At the entry threshold, a grand cast-concrete portal with illuminated signage acts as a distinctive landmark, asserting a confident architectural identity for the gated community
