The concept behind designing this guest house revolved strongly on how to glorify and create a beautiful triple-height space, and distribute other functions around it. The functions were separated in section according to the need of privacy. The sculptural staircase binds the spaces, enclosed on the longer sides by glass. The play of spaces and scales is evident in the design, and the fare-faced concrete shear walls accentuate the beauty of the building.

An elegant interior that reflects the essence in design of the composite architecture also designed by VZ. The concept is purity through the use of minimalist interior element. In all aspect of the design the functional use of the space was given due consideration.
