The regularity of the rectangle site is broken using a juxtaposition with reference to the tilted axes. Separate entries to the site segregate amongst the public and private entries – allowing a layering of public manoeuvers. To effectively utilize the corner plot configuration, the core is placed centrally on the eastern side providing unhindered open spaces for office use. Moreover, as a response to the climatic conditions, the design progressed with an intent of reducing aperture, allowing a shaded porousness of the building skin.
