Any institutional building itself is an exciting place, where ideas are harnessed and endeavors are expected to excel. Architecture thus helps create spatial quality which nurtures a society of creative individuals exceeding in their respective fields. A society of “exciting/consecrated” spaces under one roof would consolidate creativity providing the base for the pursuit of advancement.
This building for IWM provides 8308 sqm of office space in a single building mass. The core of the building is located on north-west leaving openings along the east-west sides both of which have adjacent roads.
design
The precise arrangement of reception welcomes guests with warmth and elegance in its ambiance. Access control with turnstiles, voluminous circulation and lounge areas, efficient planning, etc., all contribute to a smooth transition for anyone entering and leaving the premises. Interior with coherent range of noble materials reflect IWM’s distinctive culture and values.
