The project adopts a large area over the roof level of the podium creating an urban courtyard with an idea of creating recreational rendezvous. The large exterior space is intended to merge with the interior spaces of the towers in order to employ a vibrant public realm. The identical tower is designed to create a breakthrough in traditional office building design and that offers a fresh office experiences. The podium level and the shopping arcade clinches a major pedestrian flow along the node. All functions are arrayed in such an order so as to gravitate towards the “loud zone” to compliment with these sounds and generate a buffer for the rest of the elements that stands subsequently. Thus the project helps itself to standout over a significant node and embraces the urbanism of the city.
