Arham Tower is a simple portrayal of the corporate identity through a bold interlocking of planes within a volume. The building orientation takes advantage of the climatic factor and its surrounding through careful design implementations. The L-shaped tower sits over a rectangular podium overlooking the Dhaka-Mymensing Road. The L-shaped tower faces the South-east taking advantage of the natural lighting.

The glazing façade is double glazed, low-e coated that minimizes heat gain. The fritted panels create an interesting artwork within the context of the cityscape. The well curated landscape at the fore court is complimented by a diligently designed terrace which enhances a vertical microcosm of intimate office spaces oriented towards an open vista of the highway.
