The structure is characterized by a balance of fair-faced cast-in-place concrete massing and sleek glass curtain walls. Its exterior expression features vertical sun-shading louvers, dark metallic mullions, and ceramic-fritted glazing panels designed to optimize daylight harvesting while mitigating thermal heat gain. The building’s facade shifts from solid structural concrete cores to framed double-height glazed openings, accommodating both open-plan executive work environments and dedicated terrace gardens.

Idea

The architectural highlight of the tower is its top-tier amenity zone, featured on the upper levels and roof terrace. Designed to offer relief within Dhaka’s dense urban landscape, this space includes an infinity pool bordered by a natural wood deck and integrated, submerged planting wells housing live trees. Large glass enclosures and open-air perimeter railings offer views across the surrounding city skyline.
